As part of the spill control design, ecoStop maintains the spill on site where it can be contained below grade in an underground tank or above grade in a diked area. In the closed position, the ecoStop valve is watertight up to 5 metres. Similar to ecoSep, all internal parts are manufactured from anodized stainless steel and preinstalled within precast concrete maintenance holes. Standard units address flow rates ranging from 3 L/s to 20 L/s.

In the event of an uncontrolled spill, the consequences are costly not only for the environment, but the associated liability, the fines, and cost of remediation. ecoStop provides the safest and most cost-effective method to control spills.
